Are you prepared for puberty? Puberty and the physical and emotional changes that go along with it can be a challenging time for girls, parents and those who work with adolescents. Amy Lang, MA, owner of Birds + Bees + KidsĀ®, will provide parents and other adults an opportunity to learn about puberty and adolescence, explore their own values about sexuality, love and relationships and plan for future conversations with girls. Come to this interactive lecture to learn more! And tour resource tables to discover exciting summer programs for girls.

About the presenter:

Amy Lang, MA has a long history providing sexual health education for non-profit organizations in the Seattle area.  She has worked directly with patients, providing pregnancy, STD, birth control and sterilization counseling and is a registered HIV counselor.  With a Masters degree in Applied Behavioral Science from Bastyr University/Leadership Institute of Seattle, Amy is trained in adult education and personal coaching.  Amy started Birds + Bees + KidsĀ® to help parents become comfortable talking to their children about sex, love and relationships.  Visit www.birdsandbeesandkids.com.
